Meet the Chef!
Being from Boston I feel that I know pizza pretty well.
After years of living in Fort Myers I missed the Pizzerias that I grew up with. With a culinary degree under my belt, and my having opened several restaurants for others, I decided to go for it. I set forth to create my own restaurant concept with pizza as the focus. I started small, able to buy the old bank on the corner. We remodeled it, almost tripling our size from our first location across the street. I am now living the American dream with my own restaurant and my life-long passion for food and service.
My philosophy on food and restaurants is that one needs only to buy the freshest ingredients and the best products available. After all it is the 21st century and possibilities are unlimited. Just as important is our cleanliness, a compliment we regularly receive. Most of all our staff is the best in the world. They are the most loyal and loving people. I am honored to have all of them. Without them Starz does not produce the dining experience that one gets when they come here.
